Our restaurant offers an a la carte or daily menu and buffet service, which includes elaborate and varied traditional cuisine that you can enjoy on our panoramic terrace. It is open for breakfast from 08:00 to 10:00, for lunch from 12:30 to 16:00 and for dinner from 20:00 to 23:00. We also offer a complete service for weddings, banquets and business lunches.

The hotel has an idyllic location in the middle of 3 natural parks in the Comarca del Sobrarbe, surrounded by natural beauty, superb scenery and stunning countryside. Parque Nacional de Ordesa y Monte Perdido is nearby. This region of spectacular natural beauty features the Ordesa Valley (45 km away), the canyon known as the Tube of Añisclo (6 km) and the Valley de Pineta (30 km). In the north-west, the Valley de Gistaín (40 km) and Parque Natural Posests-Maladeta also offer spectacular scenery and stunning natural beauty, while the Natural Park de la Sierra and the Guara Canyon lie in the south-west (both approximately 40 km away). The Ara Valley includes the municipalities of Boltaña (8 k), Broto and Torla (35km) and the Cinca Valley includes the municipalities of Tella (14 km) and Bielsa (25km), which is famous for its carnivals. The rooms, as all other areas of the hotel, have an interesting interior design that combines classic decoration with contemporary art work by a well known artist, Melissa Sadie. All are exterior-facing rooms, some with views onto the Plaza Mayor and other of Monte Perdido.

Ainsa is the capital of the region Sobarbe and has been declared as ‘National Heritage’. In an excellent location nestled between France, the National Parks Ordesa, Monte Perdido and Sierra de Guara and the Banasque Valley. The ‘old centre’ of the town is stunning with its clusters of stone houses that blend it perfectly with the surroundings, the tower ‘La Colegiata’ and the large castle and its grounds (almost as bit as the town itself).
