The family-run Gasthof Engel is surrounded by vineyards in the wine-growing village of Nesselried, 2 km from Appenweier. Guests are welcome to try fine Baden wines and homemade brandy here. All of the non-smoking rooms and suites at the Engel include satellite TV and a bright design. In the evenings, popular Baden dishes are served in the Engel's restaurant or on the garden terrace.
