Only 1 km away from the Diedamskopf cable car in Au in the Bregenz Forest, Hotel Alpenrose features a spa area and a free bicycle hire. Free Wi-Fi is available. All rooms and apartments offer mountain views and feature a flat-screen satellite TV and a bathroom with bathrobes and hairdryer. The modern, light-flooded apartments also have a kitchen with a dining area. Hotel Alpenrose’s spa includes a sauna, a steam bath, and a Kneipp pool. Various activities such as guided hikes are included in the prices in every season. Guests can play billiard as well as outdoor chess and table tennis (in summer). For children, a playground and an indoor playroom are available. In summer, the Bregenzerwald Card is included in the price with a minimum stay of 3 nights. This card offers free use of all cable cars, public buses, and public swimming pools in the region. The free ski bus stops right outside, and a cross-country ski run leads right past Hotel Alpenrose. Free private parking is available on site. Guests can use an underground car park at an additional cost.
