After your fine exertions, let yourself be pampered with a spa treatment or a massage here at the nearby Radus health spa. Half board is available in the Marktplatzstüberl restaurant directly opposite the hotel. This restaurant has received a special recommendation in the Michelin Guide. You can park your bicycles and motorbikes for free all year round in the hotel garage.

Room information

The rooms are all easily accessible on foot or by lift. All rooms feature an en suite bathroom with shower/bath as well as a TV. Most of the rooms feature a balcony where you can enjoy the open view over the idyllic countryside, with the Ölschnitz River, the castle ruins and the picturesque town of Bad Berneck. The rooms without a balcony look out on the mountain. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms, but only on the balconies.

You can go hiking and engage in leisure pursuits in the beautiful Fichtelgebirge Mountains. You can also go on day-trips to the Bayreuth with its fine operatic heritage, the beer-producing town of Kulmbach or the cathedral city of Bamberg.
