Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 12 years are charged EUR 20 per night per person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 27 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 2.90 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Wi-fi is available in public areas and charges are applicable. Wi-fi is available in some hotel rooms and charges are applicable. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.50 per person per night. Parking: Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed). Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
