The rooms are located on 3 floors. 2 rooms are on the ground floor. All rooms are modernly decorated and fully equipped. Each room has a balcony. If needed, there are baby cribs and you can use the villa's safe.

Biograd is a famous tourist town and mostly known for its nautical port in the heart of the Adriatic coast. It is a small town and situated on a peninsula with a magnificent view of the Pashman Canal and all the small islands around it. Swimming in a crystal-clear sea is possible just a 100 metres from the town centre.
