Room information

The rooms are fully-equipped to satisfy all requirements and are furnished with special attention to design, using natural materials and fabrics. Many rooms enjoys an enchanting view of the sea. There are 26 rooms, including: one single, 20 doubles (some equipped for disables guests), 4 triples and one suite. Some of the rooms offer a small balcony.

Food & beverage

The hotel offers 2 restaurants; one located inside the hotel and the other located outside, with an enviable setting, overlooking the marina and harbour. The cuisine is traditional Sicilian with a modern flavour.

Area information

The town of Castellammare del Golfo assumed its early importance as a port for the ancient settlements in Segesta and Erice. The old quarter, which is based around the 17th century Aragonese Castle, is now full of small restaurants and bars. The coastline from Castellammare del Golfo to San Vito lo Capo is some of the most stunning that Sicily has to offer and is typified by isolated coves and rocky beaches. The area includes: the Zingaro National Park; the picturesque fishing village of Scopello; the beach areas around San Vito lo Capo; the ancient city of Segesta, which offers perhaps the best preserved Doric temple in Sicily; the medieval hill-top town of Erice; and the Egadi Islands, which are accessed from Trapani.

Quick description

Situated in the picturesque port of Castellammare del Golfo this newly restored hotel is just a few steps away from the Arab-Norman castle which gives the town its name. The archaeological sites of Segesta are easily accessible from the hotel for day excursions; here you can see its Temple and famous Greek theatre. Also nearby are: the enchanting Selinunte; the ancient hamlet of Scopello; and the picturesque town of Erice. Overlooking the harbour, the hotel is an elegant fusion of modern furnishings in a historical setting.
