The hotel offers simply furnished rooms with comfortable interiors. Some rooms benefit from balconies and views of the surrounding area. All rooms are non smoking areas. Guests can smoke on the balconies, on the terrace or in the restaurant. Extra beds are only available in certain rooms and are subject to availability.

The breakfast buffet is served in the hotel between 7:00 and 9:30 on Monday to Saturday and from 7:30 to 10:00 on Sundays. The hotel's restaurant Rossli is located on the ground floor and provides seasonal cuisine and refreshments. Lunch is served 11:00 to 14:00 from Monday to Friday and dinner is served from 17:00 to 23:00 from Monday to Saturday. The restaurant is closed all day on Sundays and for lunch on Saturdays.

The Shima is a bed&breakfast guest house combined with a seminar centre and a group practice for alternative medicine at the entrance to the Dischma valley in Davos-Dorf.
