The city’s main offices and facilities are all around the hotel, including the Criminal and Civil Court, Hospital, Tax Collecting Agency and the Palasele sport centre, a modern building for different kinds of events and concerts, capable of hosting 7.000 persons. In the old town centre of Eboli there are traces of the ancient civilizations once living here and the narrow streets and alleys are dedicated to important figures of the past, first of all Carlo Levi who made the town famous all over the world with his work Christ stopped at Eboli.
