A free ski bus stops 500 metres from the guest house, taking guests to the large Warth-Schröcken ski area. A cross country ski track can be found right next to the house. In summer guests can explore hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. The Lech Valley bicycle route passes Appartement De Luxe. Free private parking is offered on site.

Please note that a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 35 is not included in the apartment rate and is payable directly at the apartment house. Please not that the apartment house cannot be reached via Lech and the Arlberg in winter.
