The Sa Tafona offers an elaborate culinary array of international specialities, as well as local dishes, which are exclusively prepared from the island’s fresh products. You can choose from the à la carte menu or simply let the chef spoil you with his special menu. By Car: -When you leave the airport take the motorway toward Palma. -Exit at the junction marked Via Cintura and continue along this ring road until you can exit for Valldemosa. -After about 8 km you will come to a roundabout turn off for Esporlas (left). -Once you enter the village of Esporles follow the signs for the hotel.
