Traditional in style, this hotel is set in gardens and the beautiful countryside which surrounds the ancient city of Estepa, making it ideal for a break in rural Andalusia. Enjoy views of the mountains and sweeping countryside from your own room at the Manantial de Roya. The property takes its name from the thousand-year-old spring which emerges and crosses the hotel’s grounds. In these grounds you can also enjoy a dip in the outdoor swimming pool whilst children play in the playground. Spend a day surrounded by nature or visiting the region’s famous historic cities. You can then return to the hotel to enjoy a meal of traditional Andalusian favourites in the restaurant, or a barbecue on the terrace.

Set in a beautiful park, this farm-style guest house offers a seasonal outdoor pool and a tennis court. Villas include a balcony with scenic views of the Andalucian landscape. All villas at Casas Rurales Cortijo la Cañada feature a colonial-style décor with warm colours. Each includes air conditioning and heating, a fireplace in the seating area, an LCD TV and a fully-equipped kitchen. Bed linen and towels are provided. Staff are happy to book local tours for guests or provide information on outdoor activities in the surrounding area, including hiking. There is a playground for children and farm activities, such as feeding the animals and planting trees are also organized. The towns of Pedrera and Estepa, renowned for its Christmas biscuits, are just 10 minutes’ drive away. Here guests will also find plenty of bars, restaurants and shops, including supermarkets.

The hotel has a specialised staff to take care of children for an additional fee. Children will then participate in farm activities, such as planting trees and feeding the animals.
