A 10-kilometre walking trail starts outside La Villaine, leading you through the Echandon valley to the Girault Bridge. The GR46 walking trail also passes through the area. Within half an hour drive you will find 3 different golf courses. Apart from visiting local vineyards in Esvres, La Villaine can arrange visits to the vineyards of Vouvray, Mont Louis, Chinon, Bourgueil and Saumur.
