Our restaurant is closed on Mondays. If you arrive on Monday, we ask you to inform us about your time of arrival beforehand.

Food & beverage

In our restaurant we offer you warm and cold dishes (except on Mondays) from 11:00 to 22:00 o'clock. Our rooms have a capacity for up to 300 persons offering the possibility to throw family parties.

Area information

Finsterbergen is a place that is situated in the middle of the forest. Here, you can find calmness and fresh air, in which you can perfectly relax. Activities include a great swimming pool, a riding school, tennis courts, a mini golf course, and nice paths for beautiful walks. In the Klimatherapiezentrum you can find all you need with respect to Wellness and follow the instructions of your physician with one of our therapies.

Travel information

Take the A4 until the exit Gotha-Boxberg, and then continue in the direction of Schmalkalden/ Georgenthal. At Ort Schönau vor dem Walde you head for Finsterbergen. If you take the B 88 (Ohrdruf-Eisenach) you go in the direction of Engelsbach to Finsterbergen. Our hotel can be found in the middle of this city.
