Quick description

This guest house offers a free buffet breakfast, traditional German cuisine and free parking. It is tranquilly located directly on the River Treene, opposite the North Frisian town of Friedrichstadt. The Treenehof is decorated in a traditional country-house style. All rooms and apartments feature have a private bathroom, satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet (for an extra cost). The Treenehof café/restaurant is open from 11:00 until 22:00. It serves a selection of meat and fish dishes, and hearty soups. Homemade cakes are also available. The Treenehof has a large garden, a sunbathing lawn and a children’s playground. The Treenehof is directly on a cycling path, and provides hiking/cycling maps. There is a storage area for bicycles and motorbikes. The hotel also has its own 30-metre mooring station along the Treene. Guests can hire a boat from the Treenehof to go fishing.

Important information

The hotel café/restaurant is closed on Mondays from October to May. An extra bed (see policy section) can only be added to the double room, and not to the apartment or the double room for single use. The hotel is located north of the Treene River, opposite the town of Friedrichstadt. Guests having difficulty finding the hotel are asked to enter 'Herrnhallig 9, 25840 Koldenbüttel' into their satellite navigation system and to follow the Plattenweg road towards the hotel. A final cleaning fee for the apartments is included in the rate. Daily cleaning is available on request for an extra charge.
