The Youth Hostel is idyllically situated right at Lake Ruppin in the peaceful village of Gnewikow, in the very heart of Brandenburg. Offering a unique combination of sports, action, nature and fun, Jugenddorf am Ruppiner See is an ideal location for children and teenagers. The Jugenddorf am Ruppiner See is a famous destination for kids and teenagers keen on sports that would like to join professional canoeing and soccer workshops allowing them to exercise under supervision of famous sportsmen and coaches. However, also youth choirs, music clubs or groups of charity and church organisations are most welcome at the hostel. The hostel offers 86 modern multi-bed rooms including shower and toilet. The sport and recreational facilities allow for numerous in- and outdoor activities, such as soccer, volleyball, or basketball. The hostel’s own beach located at 300 m from the main building is perfect for swimming and sunbathing and is at the same time the starting point for the canoeing workshops.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free public parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
