Gulpen is touristically seen one of the most attractive places of the area. Mainly because of its location in the basin of the rivers Gulp and Geul. On both sides of the shores you will find fields, meadows and hills. The view from the Gulpener mountain is quite impressive. At the Maria sculpture you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the area. There is a subtropical swimming pool on just 5 minutes walking distance, and there is also the famous health spa Thermae 2000 on just 10 minutes walking distance.

Travel information

From direction Eindhoven (A2) you exit the highway to the direction of Aken. Take exit Vaals/Bocholz and follow this road. Go straight ahead at the traffic lights and go right at the intersection in the direction of Maastricht until Gulpen. Go right at the first traffic lights in Gulpen and you will arrive at the hotel at the ‘Markt’.
