Hotel Schlafgut is situated on Werkhof Hannover-Nordstadt conference center grounds. The Nordstadt, one of the liveliest neighborhoods in Hanover, is the university quarter located between the royal gardens of Herrenhausen and the city center. Some speak of ‘Nordstädter Charme’ as if it were Paris. The Werkhof is located right in the middle of the old neighborhood, and a short walk brings you to the Lutherkirche square. Easy bus and train connections, direct connections to the fairgrounds, and only 2 city train stations lie between the hotel and the central station. There are double-decker parking spaces on the hotel property, as well as many other parking facilities in the immediate vicinity.
