This royally licensed inn, built in 1737, is one of 100 remaining Royal Licence Inns still standing in Denmark. Conveniently located between Århus and Skanderborg, the Hørning Kro & Hotel is a perfect stopover. Most of the functional and well-equipped guest rooms include a sofa that can serve as an extra bed. There is a children's playground just outside the hotel and the hobby room offers a billiard table and table football. Art lovers will delight in the fact that the hotel's walls are decorated with reproductions from the Danish painter Poul Pava.
