How to find us from Bern: On the highway A6 direction Thun until exit Thun-Nord. Follow this road to center of Thun until the roundabout, then turn left direction Gunten, Hünibach/Hilterfingen, Oberhofen (you should now see the castle to your right). At next roundabout turn left again and go straight to Hünibach/Hilterfingen. You will find us in the center of Hünibach to your left side. You may park your car on our private parking area behind the building. How to find us from Interlaken: Take the very scenic road on the left side of the lake and drive past at Merligen, Gunten, Oberhofen (you will see a nice castle on the lake side). you will arrive straight at Hilterfingen/Hünibach and find us in the center of Hünibach to your right side. You may park your car on our private parking area behind the building.

Quick description

Hotel Restaurant Chartreuse is located at a 3-km distance from Thun, 200 metres from the shore of Lake Thun. All rooms are traditionally furnished and have a private bathroom. The Chartreuse’s restaurant serves a light variety of traditional Swiss cuisine and international specialties. In fair weather guests can enjoy their meals on the spacious flowery terrace. Several bus stops can be found a few steps from the hotel. A children’s playground is available on site.
