Food & beverage

A rich buffet breakfast can be enjoyed daily in Hotel Saigerhöh’s elegantly designed restaurant. Guests can try specialties from the Black Forest region and international cuisine prepared using locally sourced ingredients. Get an excellent cocktail from the bar or end the day in the big cosy lounge in front of the fireplace. During the summer you can also dine outside on the terrace while enjoying the wonderful view. When the weather conditions are good you can even see the Swiss Alps.

Area information

There are numerous hiking and jogging paths nearby. You can do cross-country skiing in the winter or play golf in the golf club Hochschwarzwald. The 9 hole golf course is located in the midst of hills, forests and streams.

Travel information

By car: - Coming from Karlsruhe or Basel take the A5 motorway until exit Freiburg-Mitte. - Follow the B31 towards Titisee-Neustadt / Donaueschingen and then continue on the B500 / B 317 towards Basel / Feldberg until exit Lenzkirch/Altglashütten/Saig. - In Saig follow the signs to the hotel. - Coming from Stuttgart, take the A81 motorway to Bad Dürrheim. - Then take the B27 towards Donaueschingen. - Change onto the B31 and drive towards Freiburg. - Then as above. - Coming from Singen, take the A81 motorway until exit Geisingen. - Follow the B31 towards Donaueschingen / Freiburg to Titisee-Neustadt. - Change onto the B500/B317 (direction of Basel/Feldberg) until exit Lenzkirch/Altglashütten/Saig. - Then as above.

Important information

From December 2010, guests staying for at least 2 nights receive a Hochschwarzwald Card (Black Forest Tourist Card). This offers discounts on over 50 leisure activities and attractions in the Black Forest area.
