Accomodation in VILLA The new-built comfortably furnished Villa Tatry Stola for 17 visitors is located in a quiet place near the forest at the edge of the village. We offer accommodation in seven large non smoking rooms (35 m2 – 40 m2) • 4 double bed rooms • 2 three bed rooms • 1 suite – with single and double bed room Each room is equipped with shower, toilette, refrigerator and a colour TV+SAT. There is a balcony in double rooms and the suite. In the ground-floor you can enjoy entrance lounge, large 75 m2 floor heated meeting-seating hall and winter garden with Scandinavian oven, TV+SAT , sheltered terrace, fire place for barbecue, tennis court for rent. Accomodation in COTTAGES The cottage settlement right at the village border is located on a closed meadow in a nice environment. A torrent flows through the area. The settlement is formed by 7 comfortable cottages each with accommodation for 5 persons and a surface of 40 sq. m. (431 sq. ft.) Every cottage has an entrance hall with cloakroom, one garret for 2 persons, one dayroom with beds for 3 persons and a kitchen well-furnished with dishes, cooker and refrigerator. Moreover, there is a terrace, a bathroom and a toilete in each of the seven objects. Another equipment is a TV set with satellite. The central heating and warm water supply generates an independent gas turbo boiler. Close to the cottages there is one parking place for all visitors

Local information The world's smallest alpine mountains, the High Tatra National Park, are situated in the northern part of Slovakia. You can find there all you need for your leisure time. Magnificent view from the peaks into the valleys, ravines and hollows, at the bottom of which, like glittering pearls, lie eighty-five mountain lakes and tarns. Majestic peaks of mountain ranges, remarkable beauty of underground caves, refreshing waterfalls, oasis of peace in the virgin nature. Tourists appreciate the network of well-marked tourist paths and roads of various demandigness. The area's poetic scenery is complemented by numerous medieval castles, historic towns with gothic buildings, museums and galleries, original architecture of wooden houses or authentic folklore. Stola, one of the most beautiful villages in the High Tatra National Park, is located 980 meters above the sea level. Nice scenery of the close forest full of spruce is typical for the surrounding area. The village ranks among the most popular destinations for those who are eager to spend holidays in a quiet place. In summer there are good opportunities for hiking and biking in the mountains. Visitors can go on tours or ride a horse. You can visit scenic valleys or relax with breathtaking views from the peaks of the Tatras. Those who love sports may play tennis at a well-prepared tennis court with artificial surface located just 50 meters from the Villa. Swimming paradise with different kinds of saunas, whirlpools and twisters are waiting for you at the Aquacity Poprad (12 km away). Rafting on a wooden raft or kayaks through the canyon of the Dunajec river is possible at the Pieniny National Park. Take a sight seeing tour to the historic cities like Levoca, Kezmarok and Spis Castle or go to see the 1.370 m long Belianska cave. The visitors who prefer winter can enjoy cross country or downhill skiing. There is a slope for beginners with ski lifts in Lopusna Dolina near the town Svit (6km). For the advanced skiers there are ski resorts in Strbske Pleso (11 km away) and Stary Smokovec (12 km away) where evening skiing at artificial light is also possible.

By car From road E50 – between Tatranska Strba and Svit take road No. 539 direction Mengusovce – Stola - Vysne Hagy. By bus Bus station Poprad – 12 km Intercity and Eurolines international buses. Stola village has regular bus connection with Strpske Pleso - Vysne Hagy – Poprad. By train Railway station Poprad -Tatry - 12 km Express and Intercity Trains from Bratislava, Kosice and Prague. Vysne Hagy TRAM Station which is connecting all High Tatra centres and villages is 3 km far from villa. By plane International Airport Poprad - 12 km, International Airport Košice - 140 km.

In winter and in low season we are offering the whole villa exclusively for families or groups / up to 17 persons .

Built entirely from timber and natural materials, Chata Tatranec is set within Tatras National Park. It features a well-equipped kitchen area, rustic decor, and cosily furnished bedrooms. Each chalet features a kitchen area, which includes an oven/hob for self-catering. There is also a wooden table and chairs for guests to dine. Some chalets boast a whirlpool jacuzzi bathtub in the bathroom. Bedrooms include wooden beds and beams, with windows overlooking the lovely countryside scenery. There is a grocery shop located just 500 metres from the chalets. The Ski Resorts of Strbske Pleso and Stary Smokovec are 12 km away and Luciyna Ski Resort for beginners and children is just 5km away. There is a tennis court and see-saw 50 metres away.

Only 4 km from the D1 motorway, the Holiday House No. 35 can be found amid the High Tatras, a 5-minute walk from the centre of Stola. It features a sauna and a winter garden with an open fireplace. The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, a living room, a winter garden and a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove and a microwave oven. There are 3 bathrooms, a balcony and a garden terrace with barbecue facilities. The owners serve organic goat milk and cheese to the guests. The sauna features a bathroom and separate toilet and is available throughout the year. The first use is free of charge. A tennis court can be found just 50 metres away from the Holiday House No. 35.
