It has been run by the same family for 4 generations, and still features its own on-site butcher's. Enjoy the rich buffet breakfast which is available until 11:00 each morning. Then set out to explore the nearby Moselle River and Trier's main attractions, such as the cathedral, basilica and Porta Nigra (the well-preserved Roman gate).
