Cottage in Kytlice Kytlice

Location: The house is located in northern Bohemia in the pine and mixed forests of the Lusatian Mountains. The cottage is reached by car and by train, which stops in a fully functional workstation with a tiny train dispatcher. From here it's the building 10 minutes walk.

Accommodation: The cottage is livable year round. Weekly visits are for 6 persons (2 divan beds in the room and 2 double-decker beds in the bedroom). Heats the glass fireplace wood stove, you can also use electric oil heaters. The room is equipped with a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, cooker, electric kettle and coffee maker, satellite TV. Cottage has a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom for them, then bathroom with shower and toilet. Hot water heating boiler of 200 liters night current.

Price of the whole building for a week is 6000 CZK. Weekend (Fri-Sun) 3.000 CZK.    

Surroundings: Nature in the surrounding area offers pleasant walks, hiking trails several detailed maps with sights around nature reserves. For cycling are suitable not only very good asphalt road in the busy little village and its surroundings, but also inaccessible for cars nice asphalt road leading to the forest and Svor Chribská that lace the surrounding dense forest. In winter you can use cross-country skiing, downhill skiing is a small village in tow.

Next: The plot is a lockable shed for garden things, bicycles and firewood. In the village there are tennis courts, several restaurants, grocery, post office, garage, hairdresser, cinema, sculpted art playground for kids.
